MEET YOUR COACH
Hi! I’m Mahsa,
A girl from Iran to now an IFBB bikini professional Champion and coach.
I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years and have worked with hundreds of clients all over the globe, sharing my knowledge, experience and guidance to help achieve their goals.
I’ve had great results with my clients either in person or online, ranging from teenagers to 75 years old.
Throughout the years in fitness industry I’ve learned that it’s never too late to get in shape and be healthier.
I started my own fitness journey back in my home country of Iran as a multi sport athlete competing in swimming, water Polo and rowing. I began weight training when I got to college and joined the water polo and rowing team. This is Where I first started doing serious weight training and learned to love everything about it.

I moved to United States by myself from Iran in 2011 and continued my fitness journey when I got my first membership at Golds Gym and became a personal trainer.
It was there that I learned about the NPC/IFBB bikini division and in April 2015 I decided to compete in my first bodybuilding Bikini competition and placed first in my class. After moving to San Diego and becoming a U.S citizen I was able to compete in my first national show and win my pro card In 2018 and becoming the First Iranian IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilding) professional bikini female athlete.
I made history by being the first Persian female with this title, breaking cultural and government barriers but so proud and humbled by all these accomplishments.
I’ve had successful and unforgettable years as an IFBB bikini pro standing at top placings, being crowned as IFBB bikini pro champion, getting invited to Arnold Sports Festival. Since 2015 I have done total of 27 Competitions including 19 pro shows and planning on doing more.
I’ve realized that no matter where I am in my fitness journey, there’s always unlimited potential to learn and grow. I was fortunate enough to work with many amazing coaches and mentors throughout the years and gained valuable knowledge from each one of them.

With all these years of knowledge and experience gained I have brought the best methods and practices into my plans to achieve great results designed for each individual based on their goals.
As a coach my beliefs revolve around mindset, consistency, hard work, discipline with passion.
This is a lifestyle to me and I genuinely love to train and eat well to fuel my body, feel happy, healthy and strong. I indulge when the time is right, and I live to challenge myself daily.
I aspire to promote this lifestyle and positively impact the lives of as many people as I can around the world.
